🌍 Do you offer lower-cost international shipping?

Yes! For international orders, we sometimes route production through a partner closer to your location to reduce shipping costs. This isn’t always possible for every product or country, but we do our best to keep costs reasonable. Contact us and we'll see what we can do.

⏱️ How long will my order take to arrive?

We aim to dispatch all orders within 2-4 working days.

  • UK orders usually arrive within 2-3 working days after dispatch.

  • International delivery times vary depending on your location and customs.

📦 Will my order include tracking?

Yes - you’ll receive tracking details (if applicable) via email once your order is on its way.

🛠 What if there’s a problem with my order?

Get in touch within 14 days of receiving your order and we’ll help sort it. Please include a description and a photo if there’s any issue with the item.

💸 Do you offer sales or discounts?
