🌍 Do you offer lower-cost international shipping?
Yes! For international orders, we sometimes route production through a partner closer to your location to reduce shipping costs. This isn’t always possible for every product or country, but we do our best to keep costs reasonable. Contact us and we'll see what we can do.

⏱️ How long will my order take to arrive?
We aim to dispatch all orders within 2-4 working days.

📦 Will my order include tracking?
Yes - you’ll receive tracking details (if applicable) via email once your order is on its way.
🛠 What if there’s a problem with my order?
Get in touch within 14 days of receiving your order and we’ll help sort it. Please include a description and a photo if there’s any issue with the item.
✍️ Can you create customised products?
Yes. We offer customisation for orders of five products or more. Popular with mini-league admins as company or league branded prizes. Get in touch and let us know what you have in mind.
💸 Do you offer sales or discounts?
Yes, we run seasonal promotions and sometimes drop limited-time discount codes on social media. There are occasional giveaways over there too, if you're feeling lucky.

🎬 What's the inspiration behind your products?
I enjoy fantasy football, iconic movies, TV series, old video games, art and design so I mashed them all up, threw it on a mug, and some of it stuck. Some didn’t. And some is still to be made. I hope there’s a design you like.
