I’ve been playing fantasy football since the 90s, back when transfers meant premium-rate phone calls. 

Between 2010 and 2013 I won prizes in some UK fantasy games, including SkySports and the Telegraph. 

In 2013, I won a European fantasy game, which unexpectedly led to several years working for them. 

I initially launched fplStore on Etsy in 2023. Most of the Fantasy Premier League products available lacked personality. So I combined my passions for illustration and pop culture and started making designs people recognised - movies, TV shows, video games - but with an FPL twist.

It began with the Trainspotting “Choose Life” monologue, which naturally became Transferspotting “Choose FPL”. There are a few more collections now.
